Before you can begin construction a number of pre-construction professionals may need to be consulted in order to obtain the relevant information for your building surveyor.

We can assist you in determining if your job requires a building permit and finding those relevant building professionals through our industry contacts if they are needed.

Using a location based industry calculator we are able to provided quick construction estimates based on simple sketches to determine if your project is within your budget, if alterations to the plans need to be made and potential cost implications of those adjustments, all within the one session.

Why Do we charge for Estimates?

We pay a subscription for the software/algorithm which is based off current market rates, using real tenders and quotations from real builders and real projects, updated every month. This fee allows for the subscription as well as the document setup, consultation and any adjustments that are required.

Once you have a finalised set of plans, engineering and specifications we can provide you with a mainly fixed price quotation.

All of our quotes are itemised so you can see where the costs are and make informed decisions based on those costs.

Why Do we charge for Quotations?

Accurate detailed quotations take a considerable amount of time, organisation and industry knowledge to produce.

Before a quotation is started we sign a preliminary agreement with the client to either include the costing within the quotation if the quotation is accepted or an agreed hourly rate for time spent on the quotation if the quotation is declined.

We like to think we are not just building someones house, bathroom or kitchen, but creating a piece of detailed art to be admired. It’s the little details that can determine a good job from a great one.

We will keep you informed along the way on our client portal, with access to Chat, Variations, Progress Claims and Site Diary's to name a few.
